Vanilla Chai Loose Leaf Tea
Chai never tasted and felt so good. Black tea boosts heart and gut health. Vanilla soothes gut inflammation and helps with digestion. Coconut flakes add a touch of sweetness. Cinnamon and Cardamom bring a warmth of spice and benefits of more gut health and digestive aide while pandan reduces stress and balances mood.
Pour 1 tsp of tea leaves into tea infuser and pour 6oz of boiling water over top. Steep for 4 minutes, then enjoy.
