We love the traditional Balinese sarong so much that we set out with the hopes to modernize it and therefore highlight its beauty and utilitarian design. We gave it a new look with playful and elegant custom designs while staying true to the traditional craftsmanship of the piece.

I thought I was getting

I thought I was getting the pictured ‘tapestry’ with the symbol print. Instead I received a plain sarong whose color matched the kimono. Admittedly, it is beautiful fabric, but I’d planned on making a matching pants or skirt - so that’s out. I will keep it because I can use it as a headpiece or a sarong lapa, but not for what I originally bought it for. It wasn’t as described.

I ordered the Shapes Tapestry in Grey Blue to hang above the crib in our nursery nook. It is just as beautiful and chic as it appears in the pictures, and I'm so pleased with how it looks hanging on the wall above the crib. Lovely, and peaceful. Suzanne was extremely helpful, and quick to communicate as well!
